Refund policy

At SIAH, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition unless they are faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order after your return has been processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned outside the return period
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
